This policy is in place for the benefit of students and teachers, and to enable lessons to run smoothly and without conflict.

Lessons are confirmed upon complete payment and receiving a confirmation email from Relentless Vocal Studio. Lessons and packages are non-transferable.

These are to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Otherwise, lessons will be charged at the full rate. No shows are considered to have consumed a lesson, and will be charged at the full rate.

If students are unwell and unable to attend a lesson, contact the voice teacher as soon as possible before the lesson, via text or WhatsApp, to reschedule the lesson. We recommend that students recovering from, or have just recovered from the flu, to reschedule and attend lessons when well. Lessons will be cancelled at the discretion of the voice teacher if students arrive unwell, and no make-up lesson will be provided. We seek your understanding in keeping the studio environment safe and healthy.

If tardiness can be foreseen, do text or WhatsApp to inform the respective voice teachers before the lesson. Lessons will end at the scheduled time despite latecoming. If students are late for more than 15 minutes and do not contact the teacher / are not contactable, the lesson will be taken as a no-show and forfeited. If students arrive on time but the previous lesson overruns, the lesson will still be given the full length of time, with the student's schedule permitting. Please be on time, and try not to arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled lesson to minimize disruption to the previous lesson. Do allow for 3 minutes at the end of your lesson to facilitate turnover.

Teacher Cancellation

If a teacher is unable to teach, affected students will be informed ASAP, and lessons will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable time.

Payment Methods

Full payment must be made before the commencement of lessons or packages. There will be no refunds of all completed transactions.

PayNow, PayLah, or bank transfer is available.

Any unused lesson credits will be forfeited.

Translation

Photo taking, audio and video recording may occur during lessons, for reasons of security (we have CCTVs too), progress tracking (watch your before-and-after), and marketing and promotion. By participating in a lesson, you indicate that you understand and agree to the above. If you would like to opt out, please write to us at sing@rvs.sg

Relentless Vocal Studio reserves the right to, at our discretion, decline student enrollment and lesson bookings and are not bound to give reasons for doing so.

If there are any discrepancies between the English and Chinese version of these Studio Policies, the terms in the English version will prevail.
